AUTOMATE THE PROCESS OF WRITING SCHOOL REPORTS. Utilizing Microsoft Access to create a multi user environment consisting of a backend database that resides on your server and an unlimited number of front end applications that are installed on each computer you wish to write reports on.

What it can do

1. Stores all pupil, staff data so you can use from year to year
2. Allows the input of 4 tracking grades over the course of the year, the latest of which can be included on the reports.
3. Allows common text to be included on each report, specific for each subject or year group. This can either be an imported document from another application or typed in directly.
4. Incorporates the flexibility of either using a subject/year specific word bank or typing in your comments directly, or a combination of both.
5. Package comes with a report template designed to match that currently being used by your school (Send a copy electronically or by post). Trial version includes a default report for assessment purposes.
6. Form tutors manage the pupil data so this information is always current and available for the subject teachers. Teachers writing reports don't need to input names and forms.
7. Reports for the whole school are all on one database so tutors can keep track of which are still outstanding, on a printable report. Reminder notes to subject teachers can be generated automatically.
8. Collation and sorting of reports done automatically so none of that tedious manual sorting.
9. Tutors can check reports as they are being written by the subject teachers and even make their own corrections.
10. Signatures added automatically so no signing required.
11. Includes a portable slimmed down version that can be used without a connection to the main database on the school network. Ideal for writing reports at home or on your laptop. Reports can then be electronically transfered to the database when connected to the school network.
