What is eNoticeboard

eNoticeboard is a FREE online electronic notice board which allows the users to display messages and announcements within their organisations. This is particularly useful in offices and schools where daily messages to staff or pupils needs to be communicated. The display consists of a web page that shows static and scrolling notices specific to the registered organisation. This occupies about four fifths of the screen, and about another fifth is taken up by ads from external sources. This latter area is excellent for advertising your services, or such things as job vacancies to a wider audience.

eNoticeboard Quick Guide

1. Register for Online Services Click Here.
2. Login to the 'Online Services' (menu on the left).
3. If you are on any page related to eNoticeboard the menu changes and displays icons for navigating that particular service. If you are not currently on a page related to the service you require, you can navigate to it using the top menu bar.
4. Use the EDIT NOTICES option to insert or edit your notices and to create a username and password for displaying your noticeboard .A separate username and password is used to display your noticeboard so that you can allow others to open the display without them having to have access your Online Services account.
5. Use the DISPLAY SCREEN icon to display your eNoticeboard (note - you do not need to be logged on to the Online services to do this). Tip - Create a shortcut to the DISPLAY SCREEN page on your desktop so you can open the noticeboard more quickly.
